CNTTS apparatus in Bibleworks 9. v.2's enclitic te is in many  witnesses including Aleph, but seems out of place; it had been excluded from the UBS text, and is not counted here.  Other variants were mere spelling differences or errors, so not even listed here.

Paul writes:

o         28 years after the Lord started His Ministry, aka the 15th year of Tiberius (counting his co-regency from the start of ad 13).  So it's 4161 From Adam's Fall (faf), aka ad 55/54, just after Claudius dies;  written not long after September 54.  Claudius died October '54.

o         28 years before payback  on Abraham's too-early maturation completes (4136 start=4135 end + 54 = 4189 – 28 = 4161).

o         But the Lord's age 58, when Paul writes.

o         105th year prior, just after Judaea became part of the Roman province of Syria under Pompey:  more stressed, is that Caesar crossed the Rubicon (January 7, 49 BC, so Paul might be writing in January) -- and effectively neutralized Pompey. Mary had benchmarked that same crossing with her text 'By His Arm, He exerts authority' in the later-codified, Luke 1:51a.

o         Israel derived much benefit from that, as her rightful priesthood was restored (the Maccabees were out, Herod was in);  and, after Herod beats Antigonus, Herod rebuilds Temple.  So Paul's theme about Christian warring over who gets crowned, is quite apt (i.e., 1 Cor 4:7-8 sarcasm).  For Paul's crowning theme is 1 Cor1:5, His Words in Your Words so The Surpassing Head will win in your head =1Cor12:31's huperbale = Word = Love completes when Canon completes, 1 Cor 13!

o         105 years until the 1600th anniversary of the Exodus, 4266.  End of Zecharias' countdown +21.  Satirical, in that the sum is 126, which Isaiah famously used for Temple Down Before Its Time, in Isaiah 53's meter. So by then, Church will be as bad as Manasseh; as any writing of the bilious 'church fathers', overwhelmingly exemplifies. Paul writes in the very year that Mary's countdown, stops:  40 years to the Millennium;  so Rapture ain't likely gonna happen on time, as growth didn't occur as it should have.  Corinthian in-fighting is part of the delay, forms a paradigm for why Christians don't grow in any generation.  For 105, means civil war (98+7, maybe evokes the extra seven years it took for David to become king over all Israel.  He became king over Hebron in (30)96 = 1050 + 2046 Abraham's maturation;  then both sides spent time defeating the Philistines; then civil war erupted lasting until 7th year, when David was crowned over all Israel at age 37, story in 2 Sam 5 and following.)

o         Zecharias stopped at Psalm 90:1-4's syllable = 14+Millennial '70' Voting Period, 84: aka, end 4160+84=4244 From Adam's Fall.  Paul extends the Zecharias timeline to 4266, which is very evocative, since that's the 1600th year of the Exodus.  Paul will later update it, with an annual prophecy re Church going wildly cannibalistic and apostate, in Ephesians.  So those who actually want God, will require an exodus. ('Corresponds to ad 160, when the 'church fathers' start to coalesce politically, so you better get out of town and take your Bible with you.)

o         112 is also a warring, civil war meter;  talks back to how old the Lord should have been, absent the civil war over crowning David (4161-55 as 56th year = 4106 originally-scheduled Birth year).  Next, 56+56 (idea of back-to-back apostasy and hence siege), again due to civil war among the Jews, which will happen when Temple goes down in ad 70 (starting on Passover and ending on 9th Av, called August 28-29 ad 70 in our history books).  The same 112 will be used later by James as his 2nd dateline.
