Just a quick funny cartoon created by an ex-mormon. The beliefs put forward are accurate (some heavier / controversial things like "blood atonement" are not mentioned-- probably because when they're going door to door they'll never immediately bring it up).
For those unaware, blood atonement is a series of "unforgivable sins" that the only way to repay them is by spilling your own literal blood! They are:
- murdering
- adultery
- homosexuality
- abandoning the church
- marrying a black person
These are so racist and anti-LGBT it makes me sick.
Of course we get into contradictions depending on which "prophet" you listen to (externally the church says this doesn't apply anymore), despite the fact Bruce McConkie says it doesn't apply, he dazes out and says there are still sins that Christ's payment on the cross cannot pay for! Well that means they still believe in blood atonement then... *sigh*

PS: Christ's
physical blood isn't what paid for sins, it was Christ's thinking (mind). So Mormonism reverses that.
Thanks for posting this. I laughed my ass off at this cartoon because even "God" has to wear the Masonic Apron. But what doesn't amuse me is that, from my understanding of Mormonism, none of them can be saved by their "doctrine." Its all works. No grace. Most other so called Christian denominations contain enough salvation doctrine for the laity to be saved if they want it, even if they're wrong about everything else. But Mormonism, like Islam, seems like a kind of perpetual motion Hell-Machine. It just keeps cranking out more of its own fuel.
